Youth for Change provides certified Parents as Teachers as home visitors to support Butte County families with young children ages 0-3, as they experience and overcome challenges every parent faces.

The CHVP is fun, increases parenting confidence and satisfaction, helps babies reach developmental milestones, and provides navigation support to parents to access community resources
