Full Service Partnership (FSP)

Full Service Partnership (FSP) provides Specialty Mental Health Services that are integrated, collaborative, and strength-based.

These services are delivered in partnership with your formal and natural supports to create a team that works to promote healing from traumatic experience, teach healthy decision making and positive peer/family communication. FSP works to break down barriers by providing support with basic needs to increase the effectiveness of mental health interventions.

How does it work?

You will meet with a specially trained clinician to collect information on how you have been feeling and the services you may need to overcome challenges in your life. You will be provided with a team that is available to you 24/7 to assist you with accessing resources, meeting mental health goals, resolving family conflict, or addressing crisis. Based on this assessment, you will create an individualized treatment plan with your clinician to identify your goals. Based on the completion of these goals, you and your clinician will determine when services should increase, decrease, or end.

FSP can also help to coordinate your existing services through a special team meeting with any formal (social workers, teachers) or informal supports (family, coaches, neighbors) you currently have that assist you in coping with crisis and accomplishing your treatment goals.

Who is eligible?

FSP serves youth up to age 15 with full scope Medi-Cal referred by Sutter Yuba County Behavioral Health.

FSP will…

  • Teach you skills to cope with stressful situations or overwhelming feelings

  • Help you learn to communicate and express feelings which reduce crisis behaviors

  • Help you improve focus, fun, and participation in school

  • Teach you to become more social, and interact more positively with peers

  • Help connect you to longer-lasting supportive services

FSP uses Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Therapy, and Trauma Informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy — highly researched, evidence-based practices designed to assist young people with managing challenging emotions. Services are based on your preferences to participate. We are here to help you meet your goals.
