iCAT (Impact Capacity Assessment Tool)

The iCAT is an evidence-based organizational assessment, planning, and evaluation tool that accurately assesses and addresses a nonprofit’s capacity to perform at its best.

The iCAT helps your nonprofit better understand its organizational capacity based on direct input from those who know you best – your team and key stakeholders. Through an online survey, the iCAT collects anonymous input from your invited stakeholders on 25 subcapacities grouped in six, research-based core capacities. The iCAT automatically converts the anonymous input into an online report summarizing your organization’s strengths and weaknesses, and outlining recommendations for improvement.

Through a partnership with Algorhythm, the Strategies Center is able to consult with nonprofit organizations to administer and interpret the results of the iCAT. Let us know when you are ready to use the iCAT and we will work with you on nonprofit pricing, scheduling the assessment, reviewing your results, and planning for organizational improvements.
